We only collect sensitive information (professional certifications, security clearance, medical fitness) where legally required for specific roles and with your explicit written consent.

Business contact information of your employees is used solely to manage our relationship. We treat all information shared during a retained search or staffing engagement as strictly confidential and do not share it with other clients or third parties.
Our services are for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Contact us immediately at contact@scalestaffingteam.com if you believe we have inadvertently done so.
We comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation. We only send commercial electronic messages with your express consent or where implied consent applies under an existing business relationship. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Requests processed within 10 business days.
